Delivery Information

 

Once you place your order, we quickly get to work to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible!

After placing your order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. Please check this carefully to ensure you have ordered the correct products, sizes and quantities. If you notice any errors, please let us know within 1-2 hours to ensure they can be corrected before dispatch.

Once your order has been packed and passed on to the postal service, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Standard postage - please allow 5-7 business days following order dispatch, for your order to arrive.
  • Express postage - please allow 1-3 business days following order dispatch, for your order to arrive.

Core Range:

We hold a core range of items in stock, these items are shipped in approximately 1-2 business days.

Backordered Items:

Items showing as backordered, typically ship within approximately 5-7 business days.

Branded Garments:

For garments requiring decoration (e.g. embroidery or printing), please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for order dispatch. This timeframe may extend if sufficient artwork files are not provided.

Change of mind:

After receiving your order, if you change your mind and would like to return the items, you are welcome to do so as long as you ensure the below conditions are met.

  1. Return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
  2. All items are to be returned in the original packaging in which they were sent, including all garments tags still attached.
  3. Items must not have been worn or washed.

Please note, returns are not accepted on decorated (e.g. embroidered or printed) garments, as these have been customised specifically for you.

Postage costs for change of mind returns are to be covered by the purchaser.

Faulty items:

If there is a genuine fault with any of the garments received (e.g. not caused by general wear and tear), you are entitled to return the garments and a replacement/s will be arranged or a store credit issued. 

Warranties differ between brands and garment types, so please contact our customer service team to check what applies to the garments you have purchased.
